Refund policy
At SansamIndia, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy is designed in accordance with Indian consumer protection laws.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is missing parts
- Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items marked as 'Final Sale'
- Digital products (ebooks, downloads, online tools)
- Personal care products (if opened)
Return Process
Email us at info@sansamindia.com
- Share your order ID and images/video of the issue
- Our team will verify and approve the request
- Replacement or refund will be initiated
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Amount is credited to the original payment method
- COD refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI
Replacement Policy
Wherever possible, we prefer replacement over refund to ensure faster resolution.
